This website and the Alisha eSports application may contain in-game screenshots, character art, weapon visuals, map imagery, logos, names, and other media related to Free Fire. All such content is the intellectual property of Garena and is used here solely for the following purposes:

Voice calls and screen-sharing inside Alisha eSports are peer-to-peer / end-to-end whenever possible. We do NOT record voice conversations or save screen-share streams on our servers. What's said in your squad stays in your squad.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data — period.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS) for data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest. Although no online service is 100% secure, we work continuously to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Alisha eSports is intended for users aged 13 and above. Players below 13 must use the app under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Our website may use basic cookies and lightweight analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand visitor behavior. These help us improve the website — they do not personally identify you.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Alisha eSports. If you are under 18, please use the app under the guidance of a parent or guardian. Each player is allowed only one personal account.

Voice rooms and screen-share features are powerful — and powerful tools come with responsibility:
All original content inside Alisha eSports — including our logo, UI design, code, strategy guides, and tutorials — belongs to Alisha eSports. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our app without written permission. Free Fire-related trademarks and screenshots belong to Garena (see Disclaimer).
Our moderation team may issue warnings, temporary mutes, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the offense. If you believe a ban was a mistake, you can appeal by emailing skrsameer0786@gmail.com within 7 days. Our decision is final.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time to improve security and performance. We don't guarantee 100% uptime — but we do our best to keep the squad online.
Alisha eSports is provided "AS IS". We are not responsible for in-game losses, ranking drops, account suspensions on Free Fire, lost rewards, or any indirect damages caused by using our app.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.

Alisha eSports is currently 100% FREE to download and use. This refund policy will apply only if and when we launch premium features, VIP plans, or paid in-app items in the future.
All current features — Battle Strategy Planner, Voice Chat, Squad Rooms, Team Finder, Launchpad Calculator, Drone Intel — are completely free. There is nothing to refund for free features.
